Key Responsibilities:
Lead and organize shop/yard activities, including loading finished goods onto trucks.

Reads and interprets blueprints, instructions, and other documentation to plan work activities
Use of forklifts and small hand tools is a must

Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of experience in a leadership or supervisory role, college education is preferred
Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with various stakeholders.
Proficiency in reading blueprints and interpreting instructions.
Valid NYS Driver's License and ability to operate powered industrial trucks.
Has knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures within the mechanical insulation field
Physical ability to lift up to 100 pounds and work in various environmental conditions.
