Receptionist (55876)

HOURS: 7:30am - 4:00pm

PAY RATE: $16.00/hr.

CPS Recruitment is partnering with an established company in Syracuse, NY to find a Temporary Receptionist to assist their HR team!

This company focuses on making their core values the foundation of their business. Work on a temporary basis answering telephones and greeting customers. There may be the potential for this temporary role to become temp-to-hire. This is a great opportunity to start a new career in Human Resources!

Duties & responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Answer telephone in a professional and courteous manner
• Greet and assist visitors
• Data entry
• Other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED, Associates Degree preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Strong communication skills
• Excellent customer service skills
