CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE (55908)

HOURS:      8:00am – 4:30pm, Monday - Friday

PAY RATE: $16-$18/hour.

CPS Recruitment is partnering with an innovative company in Syracuse, NY to find a Customer Service Representative to become a vital part of their team!  This is an immediate temporary need with the potential to become hired on!

Duties & responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
 

• Processes and confirms sales orders
• Maintains and manages internal data bases
• Sets up new customer parts
• Communicates with vendors and completes purchase orders when necessary
• Supports inside sales team with special projects and other administrative tasks as directed

Minimum Qualifications:

• Associate’s Degree preferred, High School Diploma with 1-2+ years relevant experience will be considered
• Excellent typing skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Proficient in MS Office – Word and Excel
