HOURS:     8:00am - 4:45pm (remote hours); once office hours resume hours will be 9:00am - 5:45pm.

PAY RATE:  $18.00/hr. DOE

CPS Recruitment is partnering with a prestigious safety and training company in Syracuse, NY to find a Training Center Coordinator to become a vital part of their team!

Duties & responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Schedule Instructor Development & Continuing Education Courses
  • Review and qualify instructors application and resumes to determine eligibility; obtain state agency approval
  • Answer telephones and provide administrative / clerical support to staff
  • Process new and renewal state agency licensing for training centers and instructors
  • Order training materials and forms
  • Other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Associates Degree or related experience REQUIRED 
  • 2 or more years of experience in an office /customer service environment; Accounting experience desired
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills 
  • Ability to follow procedures in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; Knowledge of Excel is a must
