Our client is offering the ability to work remotely. The Medicaid Transportation Advocates will be based in NY State. The training class schedule will be 9:00am-4:00pm, which will last approximately one month. Once training is over, the regular work schedule will either be Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM - 5PM, 9:30 AM - 6 PM or 11:30 AM – 8 PM. The salary will begin at $16.00 with career advancement opportunities and excellent benefits after temporary transition.
The Medicaid Transportation Advocates (MTA) will work in a fast-paced customer service environment delivering the highest level of satisfaction to Medicaid Enrollees. The goal of the MTA is to ensure each enrollee, transportation provider, medical provider and/or facility is provided great customer service while understanding, adhering to, and enforcing New York State Department of Health Policies and Procedures.

There is a comprehensive training program that includes classroom training, the ability to observe calls and eventually the ability to take calls with feedback and support. Employees will go through an introductory period for approximately the first 90 days. At that time, the employee will be eligible to be hired directly by our client.
