Join a rapidly growing healthcare team by delivering compassionate medical assistance to patients in our community. We have contract to hire positions available for Phlebotomists in a Specialty Medical Office in the Syracuse, NY area. These are busy offices who are looking for team players to assist their organizations.

Compensation for Phlebotomists is between $16- $18/hr depending on experience and certifications. Hours would be Monday through Friday typically 8a-4:30p. No weekends, no evenings, and get out early on most Fridays!

As a Phlebotomist, you will provide exceptional patient care by:

• Performing blood draws on patients in a laboratory setting
• Verifying tests have been completed and that all results are tracked
• Stock and order laboratory supplies as needed
• Collecting vitals and health information from patients
• Documenting information and data through an EMR system
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor

Background Profile for a Phlebotomist:

• 1+ years of experience within a medical office setting preferred (will consider new grads)
• High School Diploma or GED
• Current BLS/CPR certification
• Proficient computer skills
• Technical training and certification as a Phlebotomist preferred

The compensation range for this Phlebotomist opportunity is $16-$18/hr, DOE
