Warehouse Coordinator – 2^nd Shift

We are seeking a Warehouse Coordinator for a very exciting opportunity with a well-established manufacturing and distribution company north of Syracuse, NY. This is great time to build your skills while supporting the efficient operations of a warehouse!

This is a direct hire role offering excellent benefits and paid OT. 

Salary Range: $50K + 8K shift differential for 2^nd shift

Hours: 2:00pm-10:30pm

Your role

• Oversee receiving and reconciling of all materials.
• Perform daily cycle counts.
• Coordinate packaging and raw material staging usage and returns for production.
• Support production supervisors
• Coordinate with the Warehouse Manager to oversee palletizers and putting Finished Goods away.
• Liaison between warehouse and production departments.
• Coordinate with the Warehouse Manager to ensure loads are on time and adjust employee scheduling as needed
• Work with the Warehouse Manager to resolve conflicts with the shipping and receiving schedule
• Coordinate finding space in the warehouse for all materials including finished goods.
• Communicate to the Warehouse Manager any issues with Forklifts or Floor Machines
• Other general warehouse duties as needed

Background Profile

• 3+ years of proven experience with warehousing and/or supply chain
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, if needed
• Associates degree or equivalent
