Accounts Payable – Receivable Representative / 57412

Pay Rate: $18.00+ DOE

Hours: Monday – Friday 8:00am – 4:30pm

This thriving furniture company is looking for a great candidate to join their team.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Strong communication skill by phone and by e-mail
• Proficient with Microsoft Office
• Organized and solid multi-tasking skills
• Organize invoices weekly
• Code payable invoices prior to entry
• Process payable invoices

Must have:

• Ability to process a high level of payables per week
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work within a team and individual environment
• Knowledge of Syteline or other ERP system
• 2-year degree in accounting preferred
