Administrative Assistant (JO 57483)

Duties & responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Perform administrative tasks such as answering phones, preparing reports, compiling information, copying, scanning, filing, intranet communications, postings, etc.
- Greet and welcome visitors and notify appropriate team members of their arrival.
- Maintain workplace security by issuing and collecting badges and maintaining visitor logs.
- Provide support to other departments with special projects and tasks.
- Maintain employee mailboxes, mail room office supply inventory, and handle distribution of supplies to employees.
- Operate automated office equipment and arrange for repair and maintenance as needed.
- Assist with coordination of internal events.
- Assume additional responsibilities as requested.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Associate Degree. A minimum of two years of administrative or customer service experience in lieu of degree.
- Ability to establish priorities and maintain productivity despite numerous interruptions.
- Experience booking corporate travel a plus.
- Ability to operate and trouble-shoot general office equipment, including but not limited to computers, telephone systems, copiers, postage meter and scale.
- Proficient in MS Office
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds

HOURS: Monday through Friday 8:00am-5:00pm
PAY RATE: $20-22.00/hr.
