Assembler (57204)

HOURS:     1st shift, 6:00am - 2:30pm

PAY RATE: $16-17/hr. DOE

An established company located in East Syracuse, NY, is partnering with CPS Recruitment to find Assemblers to join their team!

NO EXPERIENCE NECESSARY - WILL TRAIN!

Duties & Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Assemble motors and frames using hand and pneumatic tools

• Read and interpret blue prints and schematics

• Inspect parts and report any defects

• Inventory parts and tools

• Other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED; relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of education

• 1 year of mechanical assembly experience a plus

• Previous experience reading and interpreting blue prints a plus

• Proven ability to use hand tools

• Basic reading and math skills

• Strong attention to detail
