Assistant Director of Program Services
Salary: $65,000 + Merit-Based Performance Bonuses

CPS Recruitment is seeking a passionate and dedicated Assistant Director of Program Services to provide oversight and support for our Health & Integration Services. This role includes supervising staff, managing budgets, and ensuring compliance with program guidelines. You will work closely with the Director and a diverse team to support refugees and other vulnerable populations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the program and manage a small caseload of complex cases.
• Supervise and train staff, interns, and volunteers.
• Ensure program compliance through regular reviews and quality assurance checks.
• Manage budgets and financial oversight, including monthly credit card reconciliation and expense tracking.
• Conduct community outreach and build partnerships with local stakeholders.
• Track and report program data, maintaining secure and organized records.
• Support grant proposals and program development efforts.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Services or related field; Master’s in Social Work or Public Administration preferred.
• At least 3 years of experience in program management, preferably in human services or nonprofit sectors.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
• Experience working in a multicultural setting; bilingual or multilingual capabilities are beneficial.
• Proficient in MS Office and database management.
• Valid NY State driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to travel regularly within the service delivery area (40% of the time).
