Business Analyst $75-90K

We are seeking a Business Analyst in the Syracuse, NY area.  As the Business Analyst, you will be responsible for providing analytical and technical support in an Agile environment. This is a hybrid remote/on-site role.

Key duties will include:

• Analyzing and developing highly efficient business processes
• Working closely with internal team to analyze current processes and technology utilization and developing solutions to address users’ needs
• Stay current with customer needs and strategies; utilizing formal and informal written
• communication methods to communicate updates and findings; and facilitating project meetings and presentations to all types of diverse audiences including senior management, peers and technical staff
• Participate in the implementation of business solutions, including the release of software/enhancements, process changes, and end-user training and documentation

Background Profile:

• BS degree preferred
• 5+ years of related experience with development teams and project management
• Exceptional communication and organizational skills
• Strong Analytical and Project Management skills required, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements.
