Business Process Analyst – Hybrid Schedule!

Our client is seeking a Business Process Analyst in the Central NY area. As a Business Process Analyst, you will utilize Lean Six Sigma methodologies to implement continuous improvement strategies addressing complex business and operational issues within finance and shared services areas.

Responsibilities of the Business Process Analyst will include:

• Maintenance of appropriate control environment
• Development and distribution of operational reports including key performance data
• Project leadership
• Limited financial analysis and preparation of financial forecasts and budgets
• Continuous development and improvements of services, testing, resolving issues, and oversight of system upgrades

Background Profile:

• BS degree in Finance / Accounting
• Black Belt certification
• 5+ years of related experience with in-depth knowledge of Account Receivable, Accounts Payable, and Treasury process
• Project Management experience with excellent communication skills to interface with and easily translate requirements into solutions
• Exceptional communication and organizational skills
• SAP experience strongly preferred
