CAD Drafter
$17-22/hr DOE

We are seeking a CAD Drafter to join at outstanding Syracuse area company in a contract role to support property management, leasing, and development project activities. As a CAD Drafter, you will be responsible for coordinating the collection, management, and creation of all architectural and engineering documents across multiple mixed-use projects and markets in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:

• Modify, verify, and update CAD drawings for creation of various leasing and marketing plans, including floor plans, site plans, and lease exhibits while following established department standards.
• Convert existing conditions plans (.pdf files) to AutoCAD (.dwg) and inventory management of drawing files.
• Coordinate with leasing and construction/tenant coordination departments in the creation of LOD's, site plans, and floor plans/elevations
• Coordinate with various internal departments and field teams
• Coordinate with outside A/E consultants

• Associate’s degree in Architectural Drafting or closely related field required.
• 2-3+ years of experience preferred
• Proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office Suite (e.g., Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, etc.)
• Proficient in reading and interpreting architectural and engineering construction documents (plans, sections, elevations, and details)
• General building code knowledge
• Self-starter with excellent written, verbal, and analytical skills
• Able to manage multiple projects and priorities
