CNC Machinist – Full-Time
Hours: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM + 3 Saturdays/month, 6:00 AM – 11:00 AM
Pay: $27–$32/hour depending on experience

Sapphire Recruitment is seeking an experienced CNC Machinist to join a fast-paced manufacturing team. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in precision machining, thrives in a hands-on environment, and is open to overtime.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate CNC machines to produce complex parts

• Read and interpret detailed blueprints and GD&T

• Perform quality checks using gauges and calipers

• Maintain and inspect machines, tools, and work areas

• Follow all safety procedures and participate in training

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of CNC machining experience (MAZAK experience a plus)

• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills

• Proficient in shop math and precision measurement tools

• High school diploma or GED required

• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs and work on your feet throughout the shift
