We are seeking a CNC Supervisor to work for a Manufacturing Company located in the Syracuse, NY area. This is a 1st shift direct hire opportunity.
Key Responsibilities:
- As a hands-on leader, you will oversee the Production aspects of the facility
- Plan and organize production activities with efficient and continuous flow
- Coach and train production employees
- Organize quick turn production activities to meet the customer requirements, while maintaining the ability to meet all deadlines and not interrupt flow of all projects in the factory
- Maintain high morale among all employees
- Knowledge and experience in CNC machining / fabrication
- Previous Supervisory / Management experience
- Excellent planning and communication skills
