As a Sales Administrator, you will promote client retention and growth by:

  • Completing data entry tasks to update accounts, contacts, clients, vendors, and other activities in CRM system
  • Monitoring customer relation strategies to ensure open communication with clients
  • Recommending and refining strategy improvements including website and web form stress testing
  • Building workflows to manage vendor and client relationships
  • Onboarding new client services

Background Profile of a Sales Administrator:

  • High School Diploma/GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 2-4+ years’ experience working with CRM software or account management roles
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Great attention to detail and strong analytical skills
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Outlook
  • Ability to multi-task and be detail-oriented

Compensation for this Sales Administrator is $40,000 - $42,000, depending on experience
