Call Center Representative (57093)

HOURS: Must have availability between 7:30am - 9:00pm (rotating schedule and must be able to work weekends)

PAY RATE: $15.75/hr.

Duties & responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Answer inbound calls in a professional and courteous manner
• Customer Service
• Answer inquiries about enrollee's benefits
• Data entry
• Other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Call Center experience preferred, not required
• Strong communication skills
• General computer knowledge and solid typing skills.
• Ability to multi-task and be detail-oriented
