Client Services Representative – CSR (56519)

HOURS: Monday-Friday, may fluctuate between 8am - 8pm

PAY RATE: $21-23/hr.

Duties & responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Customer Service; answering a high volume of inbound calls, providing information about products and services, and resolving issues with accuracy and efficiency
• Data entry
• Special projects as assigned

Minimum Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent with 1-3+ years of related experience, degree preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Office
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to multi-task and be detail-oriented
