Customer Service - Collections Representative (56759)

HOURS:         Full-time, Monday- Friday; 2 early shifts and 2 mid shifts,                         out of office at 6:00pm on Fridays!

PAY RATE:    $18-$20/hr. DOE

CPS Recruitment is partnering with an established collection agency that combines excellent customer service with state-of-the-art technology!  

There are current openings for Customer Service Representatives / Collectors and recruiters are looking to present candidates immediately! This position offers various hours during the week, allowing for a flexible schedule while still having weekends off!

Duties & responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Answer incoming calls and provide customer service
• Assist customers with making payments on their accounts
• Work in a team environment
• Answer customer inquiries

Minimum Qualifications:

• Previous call center/customer service experience preferred
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong typing skills
• Experience working with customers and various clients
• Strong attention to detail and goal driven
