CUSTOMER SERVICE INSIDE SALES REP (56610)

HOURS:      Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm

PAY RATE:    $20 -24/hr. DOE

CPS Recruitment is partnering with an outstanding company in Syracuse, NY to find a Customer Service Inside Sales Representative to become a vital part of their team!

Duties & responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Answer phone calls in a professional and courteous manner
• Enter customer orders into the system
• Verify customer information
• Credit requests, customer inquiries, billing, verifications
• Interact with customers regarding issues and needs
• Other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma required, college degree preferred
• 5+ years of customer service and/or inside sales experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Excellent data entry skills
