Customer Service Representative

HOURS:    Monday through Friday,  8:00am - 5:00pm

PAY RATE: $20.00/hr.

CPS Recruitment is partnering with a family owned business located in Baldwinsville, NY to find a Customer Service Representative to join their team!  

This temp-to-hire position offers a great 1st shift opportunity, free parking, and the potential for growth and advancement!

Duties & Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Answer phones and assist customers in a professional and courteous manner
• Process and follow up on orders
• Order entry
• Create quotes
• Pricing
• All other duties as needed

Minimum Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED
• College degree desired or industry related experience
• Professional telephone etiquette
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word / Excel)
• Excellent typing skills.
• Basic math skills 
• Strong communication skills and detail oriented
