CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE - BILINGUAL PREFERRED (57292)

HOURS:  In-office, or potential hybrid schedule

Business hours are 8am - 6:45pm and Saturdays - so flexibility to work within those hours are preferred.

PAY RATE: $16.00/hr., $16.50 if you are bi-lingual

Duties & responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Answer a high volume of telephone calls with superior customer service
  • Enter registration information into database
  • Follow call script protocol when registering students into classes
  • Make outbound calls as needed to customers regarding class cancellations, schedule audit, problems with enrollment, etc.
  • Handle customer concerns and resolve customer issues
  • Open and process returned mail
  • Other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Excellent phone/communication skills
  • Experience in a call center environment, desired
  • Strong computer skills, Proficient in MS Office
  • Ability to multi-task and be able to work in a fast-paced environment
