CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE (56269)

HOURS: 10am - 7pm, Monday – Friday

PAY RATE: $16/hr. DOE

CPS Recruitment is partnering with a growing organization in East Syracuse, NY to find a Customer Service Representative. This is an immediate need!

Duties & responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Answer inbound inquiries over phone, live chat, and email
• Address customer questions and complaints
• Process and track supply orders
• Update and maintain database

Minimum Qualifications:

• 1+ years of customer service / call center experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office – Word and Excel
