Customer Service Representative
Hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Pay Rate: $18 - $23/hour

CPS Recruitment is seeking a Customer Service Representative for a well-established company in North Syracuse, NY.  In this role, you will provide exceptional service to customers and the sales force by managing orders, resolving inquiries, and maintaining positive relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
• Accurately enter orders and provide order acknowledgment
• Process RMA requests and manage change orders as needed
• Communicate order status and delivery schedules with customers
• Coordinate with internal teams on forecasts, pricing, and shipping
• Report on daily and cumulative bookings
• Collaborate with inside sales and external sales representatives
• Address customer inquiries on pricing, availability, RMAs, and order changes
• Maintain product knowledge and stay updated on company policies

• High School diploma required; Associate's degree in business preferred
• 3+ years of Customer Service experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP/MRP systems (Epicor preferred)
• Strong phone skills and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask, adapt to changing priorities, and work independently
