Customer Service Representative (57393)

HOURS:        Monday – Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm

PAY RATE: $18.00/hr.

CPS Recruitment is partnering with a well-established company in Oriskany, NY to find a temp-to-hire Customer Service Representative to become a part of their team!

Duties & responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Manage customer accounts
• Provide quality service and support
• Assist and resolve customer issue over the phone and via email
• Handle issues in the best interests of both the company and the customer
• Issue invoices, credit memos, and returns
• Communicate and coordinate with internal departments, customers and sales
• Process new customer service accounts
• Maintain online accounts
• Implement changes to existing accounts
• Other clerical duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications:

• Strong computer proficiency
• 3-5+ years of experience in a professional business customer service or sales environment
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and highly organized
• Team player who is also able to work independently
• High School diploma required, AS degree in business or accounting preferred
