Customer Service Representative (57241)

HOURS:       Monday -Friday (8am - 5pm)

PAY RATE:  $17.00/hr.

CPS Recruitment is partnering with an innovative company in Syracuse, NY to find Customer Service Representatives to become a vital part of their team!

This is an excellent long-term, temporary opportunity with incentive raises and free parking! All equipment will be provided, and after training you will be able to work from home 20% of the time.  On-site cafeteria, and low-cost on-site gym available!!

Duties & responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Customer Service; answering a high volume of inbound calls
• Data entry
• Special projects as assigned

Minimum Qualifications:

• Associates Degree preferred; required to get hired on
• Typing skills 35+ WPM
• Experience with Microsoft Office
• Excellent customer service and communication skills - Bi-lingual is a plus!
• Ability to multi-task and be detail-oriented
