Customer Service Representative (57331)

HOURS:        Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 4:30 or 8:30am - 5:00pm

PAY RATE: $19-21/hr. DOE

CPS Recruitment is partnering with a well-established company in Syracuse, NY to find a temp-to-hire Customer Service Representative to become a part of their team!

Duties & responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

 

• Manage customer accounts
• Provide quality service and support
• Assist and resolve customer issue over the phone and via email
• Handle issues in the best interests of both the company and the customer
• Communicate and coordinate with internal departments, customers and sales
• Process new customer service accounts
• Maintain online accounts
• Implement changes to existing account
• Other clerical duties as assigned

 

Minimum Qualifications:

• Computer proficiency
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and highly organized
• Team player who is also able to work independently
• Strong mathematical knowledge
