Environmental Health and Safety Generalist

We are currently seeking candidates for an Environmental Health and Safety Specialist for a growing production facility in the Norwich, NY area.

Salary range: $55-85K DOE

As the EHS Generalist, your responsibilities will include:

• Developing appropriate procedures for all health and safety related programs that comply with regulations
• Implementing strategies to minimize injuries and ensure safety across the organization; accident investigation and root cause analysis
• Ensuring compliance with all safety regulations
• Presenting and promoting safety information and trainings to ensure uniformity across the organization

Background Profile:

• Bachelor’s Degree in related field
• 1+ years of experience in a health and safety capacity in a manufacturing environment a plus, recent graduates will be considered
• DOT experience desired but not required
