A cutting-edge technology company in Syracuse, NY, is seeking a skilled and motivated individual for a full-time Electronics Assembler position on the 1st shift team.
As An Electronics Assembler, you will be responsible for assembling and maintaining advanced electronic and mechanical systems. You will also be expected to perform soldering, wire preparation, and cable assembly tasks, and to keep inventory of our electromechanical systems.
Requirements:
To be considered for this role, you must have a high school diploma or equivalent, along with at least 3 years of successful experience in assembly. We're looking for someone with excellent mechanical dexterity and eyesight, who can follow electronic, written, or verbal instructions with ease. Additionally, you should be able to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and engineering drawings.
The ideal candidate will also have good communication skills and ae able to work effectively with employees across all functions. You must be able to work independently, as well as part of a team. A J-STD-001 Solder Certification is a plus, and general computer skills are required.
