Production Workers– JO# 56203

CPS Recruitment is looking for Production Workers for a busy and growing Syracuse bakery!

These are Entry-Level temp-to-hire Production opportunities. No experience is necessary, the company will train and offers outstanding career development and growth!

Starting pay is $15 per hour, which will increase to $17 per hour once hired on!

Duties & Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Weigh and process products for mixing
• Set up fryers, prepare baked goods onto a tray and prepare them for delivery.
• Bake cookies, donuts, muffins and other consumables
• Wash dishes and cleanup work areas

 

Minimum Qualifications:

• Ambition to work and ability to contribute efforts for a great team
• Must be able to lift 50lbs
• Ability to stand for long periods of time
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Candidates must have strong attention to details

 

Applicants must follow the CPS employment guidelines and be willing to comply with our drug screening policy and other pre-employment requirements.

HOURS: 2^nd shift – 3:00 PM to completion (typically between 9-11 PM)

PAY RATE: $15.00/hr
