Semiconductor Equipment Engineer / Technician (75-85K+)

We have an immediate direct hire opening available for a Semiconductor Equipment Engineer / Technician to work at a High-Technology $1B Silicon Carbide Manufacturer in the Utica, NY area.

Shift:     M-F 8:00AM – 5:00PM

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Install, troubleshoot, and test equipment
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance tasks
• Adjusting, calibrate, and align equipment
• Commissioning new equipment (pre and final acceptance testing)
• Train site personnel on equipment

Education and Experience:

• AAS or BS in Mechanical, Electrical or Electro-Mechanical Technology OR equivalent work history
• Electrical and Mechanical troubleshooting skills
• Experience with high tech equipment (electronics, software, PLC, robotic loading systems, pick and place robots etc)
