We are currently seeking candidates for an Executive Director role for an established and growing home care organization in the Syracuse, NY area. This Executive Director position would oversee the daily management of operations and client growth. This position is onsite Monday – Friday, 8am – 4:30pm

Responsibilities of the Executive Director include:

• Oversight of all staff members and daily operation of the company
• Assisting with client and patient interaction through coaching and relationship development
• Oversight of recruitment and onboarding efforts including interviewing, hiring, and staff scheduling
• Representing the company at community events and developing new client referrals through networking
• Serve as a liaison between managers and support staff

Background Profile of the Executive Director:

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a human service related field
• Experience in a leadership role managing direct reports in the healthcare industry
• Ability to network and lead client growth within the community
• 5+ years’ experience within the care industry, preferably within elder care
• Organized and able to work independently
• Vaccinated for COVID-19
