This position requires attention to detail, precision, and the ability to interpret technical drawings and instructions. You may also work on some welding duties as you gain experience.

As a Fabricator, you will play a crucial role in the production process, responsible for transforming raw materials into finished products according to specifications. You will utilize a range of tools, machinery, and technical skills to fabricate, assemble, and weld various components. This position requires attention to detail, precision, and the ability to interpret technical drawings and instructions. You may also work on some welding duties as you gain experience.
Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications to determine fabrication requirements
- Select and prepare materials based on project specifications
- Operate machinery, such as cutting, bending, and welding equipment, to shape and assemble components
- Perform accurate measurements and calculations to ensure precise fabrication
- Inspect finished products for quality and adherence to specifications
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth production flow
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Adhere to safety guidelines and protocols at all times
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience as a Fabricator or similar role preferred
- Proficiency in interpreting technical drawings and specifications
- Strong knowledge of various fabrication techniques, tools, and machinery
- Welding skills, including MIG, TIG, and stick welding a strong plus!
- Ability to use measuring tools and perform accurate calculations
- Attention to detail and precision in fabrication work
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
- Effective communication and teamwork skills
