We are currently seeking a Finance Manager to lead and oversee treasury functions for a growing company in Syracuse, NY.  In this position, you will report directly to the Director of Finance. This role involves managing cash, liquidity, and debt portfolios, as well as conducting accounting for debt instruments, derivatives, and cash forecasts.

Salary range is $85-115K DOE

• Forecast and manage cash balances, conduct scenario generation and stress testing
• Enter and approve wire transfer requests and ad-hoc payments in compliance with policies and guidelines
• Coordinate daily liquidity needs for maximum investment returns
• Work with third parties to ensure accurate cash flow forecasting and manage loan/deposit relationships
• Respond to documentation requests from banking partners, liaising with Legal or Tax as necessary
• Develop and improve treasury systems and reporting, and establish effective controls and compliance programs
• Support special projects and perform other duties as assigned

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related field; or equivalent work experience
• 5+ years of experience in financial services, cash management, wire transfer operations, bank operations, or related fields
• Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) preferred but not mandatory
• Ability to work collaboratively with finance and accounting, and with external counterparts using treasury workstations and banking platforms
• Prior experience with contracts, PO, AR, and AP a plus
• Excellent analytical skills, accuracy, attention to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; SAP experience is a plus
