General Labor (58168)

HOURS:        1st shift 7:15am-3:45pm

PAY RATE:   $18-19/hr.

Duties & Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Assemble products according to company procedures and specifications meeting ISO 9001 standards
• Determine specifications required to do each job from process sheets and engineering prints properly setting up and operating the machines/oven.
• Perform final inspection of product to ensure quality standards are met.
• Meet target labor time standards for assembly.
• Troubleshoot problems and determine working solutions in order to complete tasks.
• Work independently with minimal supervision

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school Diploma or GED
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to read blueprints
• Attention to detail
• Strong communication skills
• Basic math skills
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
