General Maintenance Associate (57429)

HOURS: Monday-Friday, 10AM-7PM or 11AM-8PM

PAY RATE: $16.50/hr

CPS Recruitment is partnering with a well-known distributor located in Liverpool, NY.

This established company is currently seeking a General Maintenance Associate for this temporary to hire role. 

Duties & Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Perform preventative and routine maintenance for machines, equipment, buildings, and grounds
• Assists with development and implementation of preventative maintenance procedures
• Performs general maintenance tasks including landscaping, painting and snow removal
• Inspect buildings, equipment and systems to identify potential issues
• General housekeeping
• Safety checks and inspections
• Light carpentry, plumbing, grounds maintenance as needed

Minimum Qualifications:

• Mechanically inclined with 2+ years previous experience in a similar maintenance role
• OSHA 10, HVAC, building maintenance technology or other certification preferred
• Ability to lift, push and pull up to 50 lbs.
• Motivated self-starter able to work independently
• Must possess a HS Diploma/GED and have a valid driver’s license
