HR and Communications Coordinator

Temporary to Hire Opportunity
$16-18 / hr DOE

CPS Recruitment is partnering with a well-respected and growing organization in Syracuse, NY to find an HR and Communications Coordinator to become a vital part of their team! Grow your skills and enhance your career with this exciting company!

Duties & responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Supporting new hire orientation, onboarding, and employee recognition programs
  • Providing outstanding internal customer service
  • Assisting with various administrative tasks and special projects
  • Verifying and entering data into multiple HR systems
  • Managing digital and hard copy filing systems
  • Scheduling appointments / meetings
  • Compiling data for reports

Minimum Qualifications:

  • HSD/GED with at least 1 year of administrative experience required, college degree preferred, ideally in Human Resources or Communications
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook
  • Ability to multi-task and be detail-oriented
