We are seeking a Human Resources & Talent Acquisition Generalist for a rapidly growing company in Syracuse, NY.  This organization offers competitive pay and benefits, and excellent growth opportunities!

Your role

• You will assist with day-to-day operational human resources functions
• Source, recruit, and screen potential employees for a variety of roles, including, medical, scientific, and support positions
• Oversee application, hiring, and onboarding processes, ensuring compliance with laws and regulations
• Attend job fairs, campus recruiting events, and other networking opportunities
• Assist with meeting planning and coordination

Background Profile

• 3+ years of experience in HR Administration or Talent Acquisition, medical environment preferred
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Must have creative interpersonal skills for job boards and marketing of postings
• Strong Microsoft Office and Google workspace skills
