INSIDE SALES TRAINEE (58429)

HOURS:       Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm

PAY RATE: $20/hr. 

CPS Recruitment is partnering with a reputable distributor in Liverpool, NY to find an Inside Sales Trainee to become a vital part of their team!  This is an immediate need!

Duties & responsibilities for the Inside Sales Trainee include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Maintain and grow existing accounts
• Call existing customers in response to requests for quotes and provide detailed answers to client questions on the phone and via email
• Manage inventory levels to predict client needs
• Expedite and update purchase orders/quotes
• Market product line to new and existing customers via social media, internet, and cold calling strategies. Informing clients of new and available products
• Manage ERP database
• Other duties as assigned

Background profile of the Inside Sales Trainee include:

• High School Diploma or GED required, college background preferred
• 2+ years of experience in Sales
• Specialized knowledge of diverse product lines preferred
• Excellent communication skills
• Good knowledge and experience with basic PC skills; Outlook, Microsoft Word & Excel
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and be detail-oriented
