CPS Recruitment is looking for candidates for a great new opportunity as a Junior Analyst for an organization that is a leading innovator in the manufacturing of automotive and electronic, devices. This position works directly with the Trade and Traffic team in the Operations department and is a Full-Time position onsite in Cazenovia, NY. This is a contract to hire opportunity with some outstanding benefits including paid holidays from day 1 and eligibility to use PTO following 60 days of employment. Compensation for the Junior Analyst role will be $20/hr
Responsibilities of the Junior Analyst:
- Assist the Planning department and coordinate with Customer Service Representative to move imports from air to sea
- Track and Analyze KPIs
- Update database with track freight quotes and freight shipments
- Other duties as assigned
Background Profile of the Junior Analyst:
- High School Diploma/GED required
- Bachelor Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, International Business, or related field preferred
- Strong Microsoft Office skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to understand complex instructions
