Maintenance Technician (57046)

HOURS: 1^st shift Monday - Friday 6:45am-3:30pm

PAY RATE: $19/hr.+ DOE

CPS Recruitment is partnering with an established manufacturer in Oriskany, NY to find a Maintenance Technicians to join their team!

This DIRECT HIRE position offers great first shift hours, 401k, pension plan, and comprehensive benefits!

Duties & responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Preventive maintenance on all equipment within the plant, filter changes
• Repairing all equipment, troubleshooting and operation
• Performs lockout and tagout on all equipment
• Able to build and fabricate using welding equipment and all tools
• Understands and can install electrical, mechanical, plumbing, electronics, and painting
• Leadership and training abilities, trains personnel on tool usage, PM procedures, etc.
• Familiar with inventory and parts ordering
• All other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications:

• 3+ years of relevant experience in an industrial or production setting
• Ability to read and interpret technical maintenance repair manuals
• Solid math and computer skills, MS Office proficiency
• Able to lift up to 50lbs.
