Manufacturing Associate (56928)

HOURS: Monday - Friday 7:30am-3:30pm

PAY RATE: $16/hr. 

CPS Recruitment is partnering with a reputable and modern manufacturing company located in Auburn, NY. This established company has been in business for over 40 years and is seeking Manufacturing Associates to become a vital part of their team!

This is a Direct Hire opportunity!

Duties & responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Hand assembly of various sub-assemblies and gear motors
• Visually inspect all work and rework as necessary
• Read and understand supporting documentation for the work area
• Perform other tasks as required
• Test finished sub-assemblies and final parts for quality as instructed
• Maintain cleanliness of tools, equipment and work surroundings
• Follow quality guidelines as provided

Qualifications:

• Ability to follow written instructions
• Discern quality of parts and materials used in production
• Follow company procedures and directives
• Is reliable and works well with others.
• Must have excellent attendance
