Manufacturing Associate (55789)

HOURS:  3:30pm - 12am

PAY RATE: $16/hr.+ DOE

CPS Recruitment is partnering with a growing company in Syracuse, NY to find a Manufacturing Associate to become a vital part of their team!

This is a fantastic temp-to-hire opportunity to work for an organization with a great atmosphere and company culture!  Support the manufacturing process in this entry-level machine shop position.

Duties & Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Operate basic tasks of lathes, saws and honing machine
• Perform mechanical operations using hand tools
• Maintain appropriate records
• Other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and drawings
• Ability to use measuring tools
• Technical / mechanical ability a plus
• Basic math knowledge
• Must be able to lift up to 50lbs.
