Shipping Technician (56199)

HOURS: 1^st shift 7:00am to 3:30pm

PAY RATE: $16/hr.

CPS Recruitment is partnering with a prestigious company located in Syracuse, NY to find a Shipping Technician to become a vital part of their team!

Duties & Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Receive and inspect all freight and place stock in appropriate locations
• Verify accuracy of the shipment
• Maintain shipping materials in an organized manner
• Pick up and return materials as needed
• Pack, seal, and label materials for shipping
• Package and load trucks as needed
• Operate forklift to move shipments

Minimum Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Previous experience in shipping and packaging
• Proficient with Microsoft Office
• Ability to operate a forklift
• Must be able to lift 50lbs.
