Marketing Coordinator

CPS Recruitment is currently seeking a Marketing Coordinator for an outstanding and growing legal firm in Syracuse, NY. The primary focus is to build a positive public image for this organization, which will be accomplished by developing clear, concise, and effective communication through external-facing media, including social media accounts, company websites, newsletters, and other marketing materials.

Responsibilities:

• Create and maintain social media marketing content and campaigns, including online marketing plans
• Manage all social media accounts, engaging with audience and answering questions
• Create and coordinate new website copy as well as updates to existing website
• Develop and manage external communications such as press releases or email blasts
• Provide formatting and editing support for marketing efforts from other departments
• Support growing brand awareness through effective marketing efforts
• Responsible for maintaining external and internal communication schedules
• Maintain marketing material inventory and place replenishment orders
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in marketing, public relations, social media marketing or related field
• 1-3+ years of related work experience in a professional environment, legal experience preferred
• Exceptional attention to detail, written & verbal communication skills
• Proven experience working independently and as a self-starter
• Proficiency in word processing and document development applications, particularly Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, WordPress are required
• Advanced graphics design skills

Compensation:

• $45-60K, DOE
