Marketing and Operations Coordinator

CPS Recruitment is currently seeking a Marketing and Operations Coordinator for a well-established company in Syracuse, NY. This is a newly created hybrid marketing and operations role offering excellent growth opportunities!  In this role you will work across teams and be responsible for communicating with internal and external customers.

Responsibilities:

• Contribute content for sales materials, monthly industry publications and other articles, traditional advertising, and social media support
• Provide backup assistance to facilities and supply services teams for inventory management, sample transportation management, fleet management and other operational responsibilities.
• Assist with administrative tasks as required, including complex mailings
• Assist with managing all outside exhibitor registrations, displays and materials as well as any on-site functions

 

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, communications, or related field and 2-3+ years of experience working in communications, marketing, operations, office management, customer service and/or business management
• Experience with the following: MS365, Constant Contact, Adobe, Salesforce, SalesPad, CMM software
• Occasional local travel to meetings or shows
• Successful track record of building and maintaining relationships across teams to solve problems, complete projects and communicate ideas
• Be a highly effective communicator verbally and through written materials.
• Experience editing technical material and developing communication materials
• Knowledge of maintaining a digital marketing presence across multiple platforms.

Compensation:

• $60-85K, DOE
