Medical Equipment Associate (57698)

HOURS: 8:30AM-5:00PM Monday-Friday; occasional Saturdays 9:00am to 1:00pm

PAY RATE: $16.00 - $18.00/HR DOE

CPS Recruitment is partnering with a leading company in Syracuse, NY to find a Medical Equipment Associate to join their team! As a Medical Equipment Associate, you will be assisting customers to select medical equipment for their home healthcare needs.

Duties & responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Must maintain the highest level of confidentiality and adhere to all company policies regarding confidentiality and HIPAA
• Answer incoming calls and be able to manage multiple lines when needed
• Dispense orders and items in accordance with patient paperwork
• Inventory management
• Operate a POS system
• Other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Strong computer and phone skills
• Excellent customer service skills, including professional telephone etiquette
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced setting
• Ability to multi-task and maintain confidentiality
