Office Administrator (56829)

HOURS:          Monday through Friday, 8:00am – 4:30pm

PAY RATE:    $18/hr.+ DOE

CPS Recruitment is partnering with a local company in Auburn, NY to find an Office Administrator to become a vital part of their team!

This is an excellent Direct Hire opportunity to work with a growing organization! In this role, you will have a variety of responsibilities, including heavy HR and inventory related administrative duties.

Duties & responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

 

  • Invoicing for current jobs, assisting with payroll and other accounting duties
  • Work closely with shipping and receiving department
  • Human Resources paperwork and onboarding of new employees
  • Other clerical duties as assigned

 

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED required, Associates Degree in Administrative Assistant or 2 years of related experience preferred
  • Familiarity with accounting in a construction environment highly preferred
  • Great interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft office, and quick to pick up other software programs
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
