HOURS
: Monday – Friday 8:00am – 5:00pm (some flexibility on start times after training)

PAY RATE: $18.00/hr

Responsibilities of the Office Assistant include:

  • Calling vendors to check up on orders
  • Shipping samples to vendors and clients from the warehouse
  • Sending drawings to team to get quoted as well and checking up on quotes and miscellaneous paperwork
  • Other clerical duties as assigned

Background profile for the Office Assistant:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Microsoft Office – proficient in Word and Excel
  • 2+ years’ experience in a similar administrative support role
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • AutoCAD drawing skills a plus!
  • Professional telephone etiquette
